Children at Broadfield have the opportunity to participate in pupil responsibilities and leadership opportunities. These are chosen through a combination of pupil voice, parent requests and identified curriculum needs. Children’s skills are identified as well as those who would benefit from such opportunities. We tie our choices of pupil responsibilities and leadership opportunities into current/relevant skills which will develop children’s knowledge to become well rounded citizens.
